About Me.

Massage Therapy and helping people has been a long time passion of mine.  I've been in the industry for 15 years and have followed my dream of starting my own business.    Integrating all of my training and experience which  includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy, Intuitive practices,  Reiki Energy Healing and Hospice.  I'm happy to work with you to customize your session.   Please contact me to assist in improving your well-being.

Certification completed at Sister Rosalind Gefre Schools and Clinics of Massage. Holy Fire Reiki Master .

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is the most common type of massage practiced in the United States. It provides a relaxing experience with light to medium pressure gliding, kneading and tapping.

Deep Tissue Massage 

Targets tension and tightness held deeply in the mucsles and connective tissues. Trigger points may be focused on as well. You may notice increased range of motion and relief in overused muscles.

Reiki Energy Healing

May induce deep relaxation. Balance the energy centers in and around the body. Reiki means universal life-force energy. Once attuned, energy may be channeled through the therapists hands into the individual receiving.

Myofascial Massage

Stimulates the stretch reflex in muscles and fascia. May be applied with slow pressure, gentle or deep.
